Let Go Wellness LLC

How clients agree to text messages

Let Go Wellness LLC · Text messaging program: appointment reminders and scheduling

Who gets texts

We send texts only to clients (or their parent/guardian) who give us their mobile number and tick the text-message box themselves. The box is never pre-ticked. Giving a phone number alone is not consent. Agreeing is not required to get care.

Each opt-in and opt-out is saved with the date, time, the form used and the exact wording shown, and reminders only go to numbers that opted in.

Reply STOP (or PARAR) at any time to stop all texts; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help, or call (203) 437-8193. Clients can also turn texts off in the client portal or by telling our office.

Message frequency varies (usually 1–3 texts per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
